Personal Experience with Swimming

My journey in learning to swim was self-taught. However, I do not recommend this for everyone. Remember, safety first. For me, learning to swim was like learning to play a musical instrument. The way you interact with the water is smooth and rhythmic. You train your arms and legs to move softly in the water, applying power and stroke in the correct direction. The moves I create are smooth strokes, with no hard hitting of the water.

Learning to swim on my own was a great experience. The initial phase and the phases after achieving the level of continuously swimming with smooth strokes were rewarding. Whenever you get the opportunity, try to utilize this amazing and relaxing exercise.
