This is a System Mandra I created based on control system science theory, which I recite before starting any tasks.
Take a deep breath and recite it every time before you commit to starting work.
In the name of the universal trinity principle
Transport (Vatha | வாதம்| වාත | वात | Holy Sprint)
Conversion (Pittha |பித்தம் | පිත්ත | पित्त | Son),
and Storage (Kapha | கபம் | කෞඵ |कफ | Father).
Amen.
1. Goal (Sankalpa)
Dear God within me, help me to identify my goals clearly. Guide me in knowing what to do and what not to do. Let my goals be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART).
2. Controller (Mana)
Grant me the wisdom to understand and take the correct actions. Help me provide the right input to adjust and achieve my desired outcomes, which align with my goals.
3. Input (Karma)
God within me, assist me in verifying and validating all necessary inputs. Help me gather everything I need to process effectively.
4. Conversion/Process (Pitta) | பித்தம் | පිත්ත | पित्त
Guide me to perform my tasks in a time-boxed manner. Let me use the best tools and techniques to work optimally and efficiently.
5. Output (Karma Phal) | கர்ம பலன் | කාර්ම පල | कर्म के फल |
Ensure that my output is delivered to the right channels and updated as needed. Confirm that my results meet the expected quality standards.
6. Storage or Structure (Kapha) | කෞඵ | कफ
Help me maintain the health ( Good Food | Clean Air| Clean Water) of the systems I work with, whether it’s my computer (Environment) or myself. Keep my computer stable and my body well-hydrated and focused.
7. Transport (Vatha) | (වාත) | वात
Ensure that my objectives are executed smoothly without any blocking issues. Let my delivery be continuous and persistent.
8. Disturbance (Vikurthi) | (විකුර්ති) | विकृति
Help me identify disturbances (Internal & External) and group them clearly. Keep distractions apart while I work, ensuring they do not impact my goals. Guide me to avoid disturbing or disrupting others’ goals.
9. Sensor/Actuator (Indriya)|உறுப்பு | (ඉන්ද්රිය) |(इन्द्रिय) |
Grant me mindfulness in all my senses—sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. Help me perceive the actual state of my environment and myselft accurately.
10. Signal
Help me identify deviations between expected outputs and goals. Guide me to take necessary actions to control inputs and achieve the desired outcomes.
Amen.
